点击类似于https://nic.eu.org/arf/en/contact/validate/xxx/xxx/ 的链接，然后点击new domain，然后在Complete domain name填写类似于codeqihan.eu.org的域名，然后在Name servers下面的Name1和Name2处填写你在cloudflare或者dnspod等域名解析提供商处获取dns地址，再把它填到这里，然后点击submit，然后等待几天，你会收到这样的邮件：
